I am a bit slow and very forgetful when it comes to the Halloween season, especially after having children. They wipe me clean of money from the previous month, because of their birthday's, and then all of a sudden it's October. I think it would be less stressful on me, if I knew what they were going to be and had their costume by mid October. Well I just realized today, IS mid October and I don't have any costumes for either child. Kelly will be with her father on Halloween, so I am praying he will get her one this year. So I am off searching on the internet costume ideas for Hammie (aka Sebastian). Here was a few of my ideas:

A Flying Monkey costume from the Wizard of Oz, a German boy, or I thought I could dress Hammie in a black & white striped shirt, black pants, black beret hat, and put a fake mustache on him; and he could be a little Frenchman! lol
Here is a picture of my son:

My last costume idea, I thought would be perfect for him. My coworker, Tasha, has a puppy costume she had used on her son last year; she is letting me borrow it. So alas, my little Ham will be a cute cuddly puppy (below)!

(We will see how long the head piece stays on) I haven't decided if I will dress up or not for Halloween. It will all depend on if I go out later that night. And I am thinking that will be a big fat no since, I cant keep my eyes open past 11pm!
Here is a list of things I have done or need to do before Halloween comes:(x)Decorate house somewhat of assorted Halloween/fall decorations
(x)Decorate outside with Halloween decorations
( )Buy/Borrow a Halloween costume for Hammie
( ) Buy limited quantities of candy and hide it until the big day
( ) Figure out if I am going to dress up or not, or just half ass it and wear something goofy and
'pretend' I am dressed up ;)
( ) Take kids to pumpkin festival next weekend for food, games, painting and pumpkin finding!
