*A Poem for my daughter Kelly
Twinkle twinkle on a starry night.
Your sleepy head must stay in my sight.
For as precious as life can be,
your worth more than any man to me.
For your giggles of laughter is all the faith I have
to make your life the best I can.
Time ticks away your youthful age,
as seconds turn into minutes, minutes into days.
For I have plans to make our lives bitter sweet
and that's my sweetest promise for you to keep.
